Feinstein Foundation Challenge Ends April 30 | live civilly

This week marks the end of the Feinstein Foundation Challenge which benefits local, independent, hunger fighting agencies and helps these agencies better serve their patrons.  live civilly, inc. is one of the agencies taking the Feinstein Foundation Challenge and with your help we can improve the assistance we provide.

Over the last three years, live civilly, inc. has gone through an evolution of sorts.  What started as a family project, graciously supported by and backed by local groups and individuals, has grown into a community-wide effort serving hundreds of people monthly.  During these three years, live civilly, inc. has opened and continues to support the live civilly, inc./Moorestown Ministerium pantry through volunteer, food and financial contributions as the Ministerium Partners have increased their  participation.  All the while, the number of patrons increases monthly and the need in our community grows larger.

In an effort to help offset financial needs, live civilly, inc. has recently become one of the many independent, hunger fighting agencies in the United States to take The Feinstein Foundation Challenge.  The Feinstein Foundation (located in Rhode Island) is an organization which for the last 16 years has donated collaborative funds to independent , local, 501c3 non-profits that fight hunger.  For every can of peas, box of pasta, jar of peanut butter or dollar you donate to live civilly, inc. (live civilly, inc./Moorestown Ministerium Pantry) between now and April 30, The Feinstein Foundation will provide complimentary funds.  The more donations Live Civilly receives, the more money the Foundation will allocate toward live civilly, inc..

Additionally, any donations (cash or in-kind) directed to live civilly, inc. nutritional outreach programs will count toward this challenge.  If you missed the opportunity to donate and want to make a pledge, pledges can be accepted until Wednesday April 30.  To make a pledge simply email Kahra Buss at kahra@livecivilly.org and indicate the amount you would like to donate.  Donations can be mailed to live civilly, inc., PO Box 517, Moorestown, NJ 08057.

THANK YOU TO ALL OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY DONATED!
