We have some additional supports at this time and are working to collaborate the efforts to best meet the needs of our community. I want to let you know that the Live Civilly/Moorestown Ministerium Food Pantry (LCMMFP) is making the following adjustments to its operations to meet those needs:
- Beginning on Friday, May 1, we will be accepting donations at St. Matthew Lutheran Church from 9-11 AM. Anyone who would like to donate can drop off during those times or email Connie O’Brien at conniemobrien@yahoo.com to schedule a different time. Proper social distancing procedures will be followed during deliveries.
- Financial donations can still be made to Live Civilly via our website or checks made payable to Live Civilly and mailed to my home address (708 Covington Terrace, Moorestown).
- Beginning Monday, May 4, the LCMMFP will be open EVERY MONDAY from 12-2PM and from 5-7PM. Patrons are invited to drive through or walk up. Volunteers will maintain proper social distancing and place items in carts or trunks.
- We invite you to share this information with all of our families in the district, but especially those families who are receiving free and reduced lunches. If you would like us to create a flyer or something that can be added to pick-ups, or embedded in an email I am happy to provide it.
- Please let us know if there is additional information we can provide or if there are other ways we support our families moving forward.
